DEAR DEVNASH. KMPG HAS LOT OF ADVANTAGES . THREE YEARS OF ARTICLES GIVE YOU LOT OF DIFFERENCE COMPARE TO A MID OR SMALL FIRM. YOU RECEIVE A GOOD STIPEND. WITH MUCH MORE BIGGER CONTACTS. KNOWLEDGE KAY ISAAB SAY DHEKAY TOH. KPMG JAO.. 

IF YOU DONT WANT TO TAKE ANY RISK THEN GO FOR MID FIRM WITH LOW STIPEND. DONT SEE THE TIME. OK WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE OF SIX MONTHS COMPARING TO WHOLE THREE YEARS. IT DOES'NT MATTER FOR YOU. 

IF YOU DO ARTICLES FROM BIG 4 ATLAST YOU MAY HIT SOME THING BIG. COMPARE TO OLD IDEA. IT IS MY SUGGESTION. THINK PERFECTLY WHAT EVER YOU DO.

Dont wait for any big four just to delay the attempt.

I myself am in PwC and I personally I feel it doesnt make such a big difference doing articleship in big four and delaying your attempt for 6 months.

Rather would suggest you to join a mid sized firm now and then after 6-8 months, take a transfer to KPMG or whichever big four u like.

Have u got call from KPMG on the basis of CV submitted by you yourself or through some reference??? If submitted by you yourself, then was it physically or sent through a mail???

please tell me if there are vacancies avaiable in big four please.

06 Months are not a loss big loss is Rs 600000/- per year diff. upto retirement.

i am also going through the same problem and i would suggest u to join under any known ca who would give u transfer easily and by the time u can also learn something

dont waste time its precious and it is the only thing which no one cannot buy

I wud suggest u nt to wait for big 4 and delay your attempt. Rather join any known mid size firm. moreover big 4 will not give you enuf time to prepare for exams. no doubt articleship is very important part of our ca but its equally imp to crack exams and u need app time for preparing.

they asked me for makin an arrangement for the interview in nov ...is it possible to ask them a surety??
