Being a ca final student is a curse

I'm a CA final student and hv completed my articleship. At present I'm hunting for jobs, from past few months i tried a lot but cudnt find a job and to my suprise i found that there is no value of semi qualified CA in market and articleship exp is considered as nil exp..I'm fedup with job trials and i now feel why i have opted this course and wasted 6 valuable yrs of life scarificing time, opportunity cost of earning if i have not opted for CA, sleep, etc...All my friends choose to do job after graduation are now at good postion earning 6lac on avg...and me still hunting for jobs....

It is evident that there are lots of things which need to be discussed with you to make you understand certain points and observation. Please focus on your CA final and stop cursing your hard work and dedication in the form of joining CA.

Look others to get certain positivity and right attitude and not to gain negative energy. Everyone is different with different skills, knowledge and attitude. Try and understand your time will come. This job search experience will definitely help you once you get ICAI membership.

yeah what you have said is right but as of now my financial position is not good, and to support myself and my family i have to take up a job...being a semi qualified and not enough opportunities for CA final students frustrates me a lot...Is this the same case with other final students...why dont companies provide employment to CA final students even though who ready to stop pursuing CA further due to personal reasons.

Instead of thinking in wrong direction and cursing ur past focus on ur future in final ca nd clear it at ur earliest with full conviction and full hard wok.....jus keep faith on god...keep trying ur hard work will never go waste and fruits of patience+ hard work are always sweetest.....its law of nature...best of luck...dont giv up.

Dear Rakesh,

I don't know from which part of india you are. If you are in small town try to move to cities to find out the job. I am sure you will get the job provided you have to accept the first salary whatever they pay. Even you can try in the audit firms to gain experiance in the field of accounts & taxation.

Like other members said, try to finish your final. I am also in the same boat, but i am in middle east. Whatever field you chose try to excel in that field.

hi Rakesh.............

To improve your financial condition and clear CA FINAL , you shuld join a CA firm not a company.....

In Ca firm there would be less workload & responsibility and you can easily get a one and haif month leave before the exam.

so , try to join a CA firm not company.

Yes no one can understand the problems that we are surrounded by but simply but ignore the people around you and focus on the completion of CA there is no other way.If you quit at this point you remain as semi-qualified for ever, instead of that prepare well until you clear CA final.Wist best wishes.

dont loose ur hope u will definately get a good job just have faith and confidence in urself which u shud show wen u go for interview....as qualification is just a requirement for having an entry in the organisation and once u prove urself there who knws where it will take it to u......and intially u can start with a lower pay but after seeing your work may be it will increase with span of time....try to join such an organisation in which u can continue ur studies also,as u have already invested 6valuable years of life for CA and it doesnt make any sense to leave the course when ur about to complete it so forget about thinking in past as you cant change it now but u can make ur future so concentrate on it.........and never compare urself with others we all are unique with our own destiny and fate which we can make......so stop thinking about others have a positive attitude and search for job along with it start your preparations as once u will be CA than slowly all ur problems will be solved.....just a few more time left to struggle dont give up now.......

when there is a will there is definately a way!!!!!!!ALL THE BEST

I know it will be hard for you..

What I need to tell you is that dont let others say you are a loser..

Become a winner in academics profession and life..

Create some +ve attitude...talk to ur wellwishes parents AND pray 2 god...

Dear Rakesh Ji,

I respect your views and hope to see you in very strong financial and peaceful condition. But kindly appreciate it is only your education and self confidence which will put you in strong financial and peaceful condition in future so have faith in what you are doing. Further someone has mislead you that lots of jobs are available for a semi qualified CA. You need to understand the fact that lots of qualified CAs are searching for job nowadays.

A company will never choose you (semi qualified CA) for job when lots of qualified CAs are easily available for reasonable package. Try and understand the present employment situation and adjust accordingly. I am sure above words will help you to understand the situation and guide you in future.

As per my opinion just finish your CA as early as possible and start searching for job on the basis of your ICAI membership. Never curse your education as your knowledge and education is the only thing which will help you in future.
