You need to get an propectus from IGNOU for B.Com (A&F) course which contains the Application form for registration. Also, You would be required to submit attested copies of 12th Mark sheet, CPT marksheet etc at the time of registration. The prospectus can be obtained from Regional centre or Local study centre available in your locality. The following link contains list of regional centres and study centres.

Thank you so much for your reply sir.Actually i am in Delhi right now for my gmcs programme.So can i get the prospectus from here.If yes from where?..and then send it by post to lucknow regional centre. Will I have to purchase a common prospectus or there is a specific prospectus for bcom a&f. Thanks in advance sir.

I remember buying a prospectus for B.com (A&F) course seperately. Filled in application to be filed with respective regional centre of your locality so that future correspondances can be done through the same regional centre.
