How does the bar code on form no 103 matter???? cant we attch a page from another form in case we make a mistake??? if form 103 is destroyed by mistake...is 102 valid?? as franking has been obtained earlier.????

there is no problem with 102 as it is not required to send to ICAI. it is an agreement between you and your employer..dont bother abt that..in my case i have done franking also..it all depends on emploer
As far as Form 103 is concerned
you need to duly filled in all particulars in triplicate one for u,and one to ur employer and one copy required to be send to ICAI.
if you made any mistake or error what ever if u made it is recommended
to use fresh 103 form and fill again..better dont mix form from one application with another
i dont guess Barcode will be a matter as you dont need to send 102 to ICAI..
