why always Bank odd account is not Tally the balances is always difference what is the reason how to scrutiny

Sir why generally negative cash balance is coming, how to scrutiny
if you make the entries properly it will not show any difference, BTW, you can go through reconcile , fill the date when payment or receipt is clear if you are using the Tally software.
