I AGREE WITH OTHERS. This is not printing of cheque book by yourself. But it is part of bank service for which they are charging. So it is to be charged as bank charges.
It is not printing charges becouse its sevice provied by bank so its should be bank charges.

Generally, Bank deduct sum of amount in our bank accounts. this is related to bank charges in lieu of provide services as cheque books, statements, and others.
Therefore, this types of charges locate into Bank charges.
