Bank asking attested softex for fircs

1171 views 3 replies

My bank is asking us to submit the attested SOFTEX forms (our copy) to them for all the FIRCs that has the payment purpose as "ADVANCE".  The payments are not advance, it is just the bank has mentioned it as "advance".  All the payments received are against invoices. The FIRCs belong to 2007.

Do i need to submit the original SOFTEX forms to get the FIRCs corrected??  Can someone advise...

Thanks

Thanks Vliji....by original i did not mean the SOFTEX original, i meant the STPI duplicate copy that is attested and given to us...

The bank wants this copy to issue a corrected FIRC.

whenever any remittance come bank shold ask the referance for adjust remittance

if you not give details then bank write as advance & FIRC copy issued to you

you can adjust against bill & send to bank

FIRC NOT ISSUED AS DUPLICATE ONLY ORIGINAL FIRC ISSUED
