i added bank account number with IFSC CODE.
But it was showing in failed accounts. i have repeatedly done this. every time showing like this.what to do

I assume IT portal. The best way to link a bank account is to login thru banks Internet banking facility to IT portal.
The account gets validated instantly as long as your name, PAN, mobile and email match.
I did the same thing and removed all other failed accounts or left them as it is in my login.
If your bank does not have internet banking, open an account with a new bank that supports this and get it linked quikcly.
You must check if the following details are same in pan records and bank records

Since the release in 2021 the new IT portal has flawed bank account validation process. Many of my bank a/cs never got validated. They failed for no reason. I never received any notification email or reason thereof.
they are still in zombie state in the portal for past 1 year.
If name , email and mobile is same in bank account and IT portal then you may expect the validation with EVC
