Can we transfer some amount from.saving account to 2nd account
is any issues from IT department any prescribed limit for transfer amount

There will not be any issue from IT dept, as it is just transfer to own account, even if any query arieses, you can explain the same to them. For further queries, you could contact caankithjain @ gmail.com
Transfer from one account to other is not objectionable.
