LOL... well said... it is like the costliest expense for CAs... They might go for satyagraha, bhook hadtal (hunger strike) if this actually gets implemented..

dnt kno icai karna ke chahte hai ........agar vo stipend increase kar de to ise students aur members dono ke liye hi accha hoga.....1 ca 2500 mein 1 article rakh leta hai to use us ki value hi nhi pta hoti agar stipend increase ho jaye ca ko pta chal jayega......
