Plzz help.... I need to know if back dated transfer is allowed? My 1st year completed on 24th Oct....today is 7th january.....can I take transfer now back dated ....will Institue ask for reasons and allow me to take transfer with penalty....Plz help its really urgent...

Can I restart from back date?
Institute will demand condonation letter from you writtern by your present CA (where you are going) and also will charge the fine.
