Plzz help.... I need to know if back dated transfer is allowed? My 1st year completed on 24th Oct....today is 7th january.....can I take transfer now back dated ....will Institue ask for reasons and allow me to take transfer with penalty....Plz help its really urgent...

You can do back date transfer with fine of Rs.300

YES U CAN START FROM BACK DATE WITH A CONDONATION LETTER WITH GENUINE REASON ON DELAY
Institute will demand condonation letter from you writtern by your present CA (where you are going) and also will charge the fine.
