Last date for submission depends from college to college.....universities generally have deadline i.e. 40 to 45 days prior to exams

Naval: I think You have got a letter from the institute..There is no marksheet for ITT.Also the last date for submission is 31st March

but SOL required markseet nd certicate

No as notification of sol : they require either marksheet or declaration by the institute on their letterhead
