B. com course during the ca articleship period

Form 112 should be submitted to the office of the Institute within 30 days from the date of joining the course. In case of delay in submitting the form beyond the stipulated period, it has to be accompanied by a letter stating the reasons for delay along with a condonation request and appropriate condonation fee as per the following:
(d) Delay upto 30 days beyond the initial period Rs. 100/-
(e) Delay between 31 days - 180 days Rs. 300/-
(f) Delay beyond 181 days Rs.1000/-

The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”

I have attached the sample application letter stating the reasons for delay along with a condonation request.

But I have transfer my Articleship after 3 month from date of joining and my previous principal not known that i am doing B.com but New Principal know about that.

then in this condition what i do please guide me?
