This HDFC RTGS / NEFT form is very nice, except one thing you have ticked Both Options in Beneficiary bank account name  Verfication options - Option 1 & Option 2 also.

But  as per RBI & Banker we need to select only one option from that given two options. (in the form also mentioned same)

if possible don't tick for both options and upload same HDFC RTGS / NEFT  form

Thanks for updated the form but there is an issue in Words. The number is not convert is words. It's very greatful if you fix that error.
