Authorised Signatory in Case of Project Office of Foreign Company

Pursuance to section 380(1) (d) which says about the one or more resident person to accept all the notice, information from the regulatory authorities on behalf of the foreign company for the effective working or exercising business by way of Constitution of office whether it is project , branch and liaison office. 

So in your case while at the time of submitting the document within 30 days of incorporation the details of such person would be given as annexure .

Now the appointment of other authorised signatory by way of passing resolution and filing the same with the ROC within 30 days under section 380(3).

In my opinion the copy of resolution should be appostilse or notary from the country of origin of the company.
