If an auditor is appointed in an AGM say for the financial year 2008-09 in the AGM held on September 30 2008
and later the auditor is to be removed on April 2010 due to the non performance of duties and another person is appointed
what is the procedure to be followed...resolutions to be passes and forms to be filedd???

Before removal, a Special Notice is required for removal before the 14 of general meeting. and after new appointment within 7 days of appointment intimate to auditor. and form 23b is required to file by auditor with his consent to roc within 30 days.
