Auditor appoint
A person CA Working as a financial controller from last 5 years now company wants to appoint him as a Auditor ?? can he appointed?

In my view not, but he resigned from the post then can be appointed.
An auditor should not be appointed if he is any related with other post of the company, as he has connection with the company as a financial controller he cannot be appointed as a auditor of the company
