Attendance of Auditor in AGM
In the case of Pvt co. is it mandatory for Auditors to present in AGM?

As per my view "Yes" or "Representative"
The meetings agenda are being sent to the auditors and others.
It's not mandatory since AGM is the meeting of share holders.
Only audited financials will be kept at AGM for share holders approval.
