Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether auditors are legally required to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of a private company. While auditors are sent the meeting agenda and their audited financials are presented for shareholder approval, it's debated whether their physical presence is mandatory, as the AGM is primarily a meeting for shareholders.

As per my view "Yes" or "Representative"
The meetings agenda are being sent to the auditors and others.
It's not mandatory since AGM is the meeting of share holders.

Only audited financials will be kept at AGM for share holders approval.
Not only the shareholders chk relevant sections .
