Hi Professionals,
I am a Article student, by oversight my employer has failed to renew his membership with the Institute, hence Institute has been removed his name from the members register. Meanwhile Institute has sent a letter stating that get the termination from the said employer.
Later on my employer has relaised and got renewed.
My Query:
Can I continue articles with the same employer or shall I need to take termination.

My CA had also forgot to renew her membership with institute.
I had received the same letter as you have stated.
In this case there is nothing to worry about as your employer has renewed membership.
You can continue your articleship without having to do anything.
