The govt has approved for max 5 transactions for using debit cards in other Bank’s ATM’s, is just a balance enquiry considered as transaction or not?
After making balance enquiries 5 times, will my 6th transaction whether withdrawal or Bal enq be charged??
(My opinion Transaction happens only when there is an event of giving & taking between 2 parties)
As far as I know Balance Enquiry is seprately chargable when done in different bank ATM.
It is not included in TRANSACTION. And 6th transaction is charged seprately.
