Aticleship transfer

Hello... I have to take transfer @ ground my father's transfer.....i have already completed my 7 moths of articleship training.

I just want to know the procedure of termination of articleship and re registartion in new firm??? And should i have to take prior permission from the ICAI ?????   @ becoz i m in the first year of articleship. PLease Suggest me
