Can a B.com graduate with above 55% marks who is registered for ATC in August 2010, Join 3 Year articleship before clearing 1st Group of ATC? (as per latest notification dtd. August 2012 ) And if yes, than can he appear for November 2012 Examination if he join articleship in August 2012? or Whether he will have to switch to IPCC in order to be eligible for 3 Year Article training.
NotificationNo. 1-CA(7)/145/2012 on August 1, 2012, says that B. Com graduate can join Articleship immedietly after registering for IPCC but does not say anything about ATC.
Can anyone please help me in understanding this notification?
