Is there any option to get the ATC degree when i've not registered for it while appearing for IPCC ?
I've cleared the first group of IPCC n waiting for the results of 2nd group...If i pass it,can i register myself as an ATC degree holder ?

yes,
there is an option after passing ipcc, u can take atc certificate from institute by paying nominal fees (which was initially required to get registered under ATC scheme)
