Quick Summary
This discussion explores the accounting classification of assets, such as property and cars, that a software company holds to generate rental income. The core question is whether these assets should be treated as Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) or as Investment Property, given they meet the definitions for both. The consensus leans towards classifying them as PPE, but the reasoning behind this choice, especially in light of the definition of Investment Property under AS-13, is debated.

It will come under PPE
It will come under ppe
But why as it also meeting the defination of AS-13 investment
