The assessee is a employees society who has not filed the returns for the previous years but they have received notice under section 147 for the last three years.
my question is filing the returns is now possible and the notices will be answered with the filed returns!?

It's a knowledge forum itself Mr.mukherjee and my question was clear whether the returns can be filed now for the previous years even after receiving the notices
