can i eligeble for articalship transfer my deatails as below
i am leave artical office from dec 2009 but leave letter to employer on jan 25 2010
i appeard may exam 2010 my famaliy transfer to other state distance more than 1000 km
while i am doing articalship i am leaving in principal accomodation
i get marrige jan 2010 and my parents helth is also not too good so i want to transfer
i geting stipend rs 8000/ pm
employer is not agree to allow transfer
plz help
