Its not a termination if articleship. it is a transfer of articleship

yes you can tke a transfer freely in the first year of  articleship. And you dont need to give any reason also to ICAI.

I have taken it my self .

So advice your freind that he can take a transfer.

wat is difference between termination and transfer?

Termination means you end articleship

Transfer means you change you Principal that is your CA under whom u are doing articleship.

SO ICAI ACCEPTS MY REASON FOR TRANSFER OF ARTICLESHIP?

You Dont need to give any reason to ICAI in the First Year of transfer. It is Freely Transferable

Its just for your principal satisfaction u need to give a reason.

in your sitaution you can give a reason of Shifting to other state.

And thats it on your principal cannot stop you from takng a transfer.

is it necessary to attest parents employmnt certificate along wit form109?

No u dont have to do anything u just fill in the form 109 in the put reason as in tld you.

Get it signed by your principal and submit it ar ICAI office

and after tht wherevr u wnt to join get fresh form for articleshp fill it and submit the same to ICAI.
