i just cleared my ipcc group 1 in my may 2011 exams. i want to start my articleship immediately. can anyone please guide me the procedure of registering myself through the institutes along with the form 102, 103 and 112. I also want to know the last day when i can confirm my articleship with any firm and finish all the formalities with the institutes.
Search a good CA firm and Fill form 103 in triplicate one form submit with icai and teke receipt on secound and third form out of which u can give on form to ur employer and keep one form self for future corrosponadance......
also sigh form 102 one give to ur CA and secound keep with self.no need to submit with ICAI
and submit form 112 with icai...................
No time limit for joing articleship and submission of form..........but if u join articleship before 31st october ...then no effect will come on ur attempt if u join after october ur final exams attemplt increase by six month............... after joing of articleship u need should complete all formalities within one month for avoiding late fee and other formalities.........
