Dear friends,
Please help me. My articleship started on 3rd october 2011 now i want to transfer as early as possible. my question is if my ca will not give me transfer then what will i do ? Reply quickly.

As per ICAI regulations transfer is allowed in the 1st year of articleship w/o any restriction.Fill the form no 109 and it's done.
