Articleship transfer query
When taking a transfer of articelship within the 1st year, is a gap of say few weeks between termination & joining allowed? I'd like to take the termination (form 109) immediately & use the week or so break in finding out good firms even though I've few firms in my hand. Please suggest wrt the dates.

You can take enough time.
My case-
I joined a firm on 1/sep/2012
Took termination on 28/aug/2013
Joined another firm on 22/oct/2013
Institute has accepted the same. It is allowed. It is a practical issue that it takes time to find new firm.
