dearSirs, i want to know , 1.wht? is the minimum period of articleship to be done in a firm to get a transfer from that firm so that the principal can raise no objection 2. is it on our own will to get transfer from the firm or always ther should be mutual understanding with the principal ? 3.can the principal is in aposition to object if we take a transfer after aperiod of 7 months? 4.put some light on secondment.
hey robin, u can transfer to another firm------ with the mutual consent of you and your partner. If ur partner doesnot agree with that, u cannot change to another firm. the minimum period to work in a firm is 6 months. after that you cna change to another firm. it is not advisable to change firm because it affects your career. and secondly after changing if the firm you want to join a firm which is known to u its no problem,, if the firm is unknown to you,,,, the incoming partner may a feeling of insecurity of your continuity in thier firm also. So try to avoid this transfer,,as far as poasiible,,, only if circumstances .....take the decision............ SriRamana
the principal may or may not be in a position to object. if u want to leave definelty transfer tell hima correct reason. so that he gets convinced and lets you to take transfer...
You can leave a firm before six months, there is as such no time duration mentioned in our articleship terms and conditions.
Secondly your principal cannot object to give you transfer, if you haven't signed the deed as contained in form 102.
However you should complete the work assigned to you before telling your principal that you want to leave the firm, In this case, there might be chances that he may give you transfer easily.
sir , i am first year articel, i have only three months in a firm, i want to transfer in other firm , so please tell me procedure. i m highly thankful .
