Hi everyone. Because of my health problems I had to take transfer in my second year. I requested for approval of my transfer and got Form 109 signed from my Principal but now I have recieved rejection of my approval and also I have got a signed Form 109. Can you please help me what should i do?

Yes..you cannot send form 109 directly
First you need to take prior approval of ICAI and then can take transfer..
