Articleship transfer in second year

Hi.. I am a CA final student and its my second year of articleship... I want to take transfer due to shift of business of my family... my query is whether rent agreement enough as a proof of transfer.. nd will institute allow me to take transfer on the basis of rent agreement?? If rent agreement is not a valid proof than what should i give as a proof?? Please rply fast... Thanks
