is there a way you can quit articleship without taking a transfer(since your principle is not giving) and join another firm and submit 103..and the days you worked with the previous employer is a loss!! Pls tell you can start all over again!

if ur a student of IPCC , den u cn submit 103 in dis case - if cumpltd graduation , take conversion 4 drct entry scheme n submit it & aftr passing 1st group u cn strt article shp wid any odr firm.
confrm it frm near by branch of CA.
once registered with icai articleship you can take tansfer in first year of articleship with out any permission from icai..but..
1)atleast 6 months of articleship should have comleted
2)articleassistant should request and take a signature in 103 form to take transfer from articleshi[p
3)any dispute between princiapal and student will be settled by themselves and icai will not interfere in any issue
