Articleship transfer in first year

I have worked in a firm for 5 months and now i wish to take transfer due to lack of exposure! Is there any restriction on transfer in the first year? Do i have to take permission from institute before submitting form 109? And i am planning on taking transfer from eastern region to northen region so, is there any extra paperwork which i have to do. And where do i send form 109? to eastern region? where my old office is located or northen region along with new form 103 where my new work place is. And what do i do with my I card?? Pls help.

Good Morning mr. birani,

Yes you can take transfer from articleship after completion of 6 months of articleship only.

yes,icai will not object any for taking transfer in first year of articleship

however you need to give a valid reason for taking transfer from him,and you should convince him by giving valid reason

any dispute between employer and student should be settle between them only,and icai cannot enter into matter,

yes,i guess there is some formalities,for region change,however it is not a big deal,only thing is your transfer procedure takes some time as your files have to transfer from one region office to another region,

i cannot able to help u on some what formaliies,as i have restricted access to my laptop,so i recommend u to go for google search so that you will get some information,

or better one is consult nearest icai regional office,they will help you better,

i have started my articleship but now i want to do it in another city,it is just 1 month that i started my articleship. what are all the formalities that need to do.what are the valid reasons that i could give to my principal.pls reply as fast as possible.
