I joined for articleship in December 2012 and had sent the registration form in December itself. I received the "Receipt of fees" letter from the Institute. I would like to take transfer from my current firm due to some health issues. I wanted to know if it is possible to apply for transfer before receiving the Registration letter? I checked my Articleship Registration Status online,which shows "No records returned". Should I wait till I receive the registration letter? Or is there any other way out?
