Articleship transfer abroad

Hi,

I am doing my articleship in India right now but now willing to take transfer to USA,sacramento as my husband lives there. I contacted ICAI and they said that my transfer is possible however i need to find a CA firm in USA, Sacramento under which i can complete my articleship but the CA firm needs to have a address in INDIA also. My questions are:

How do i find such CA firm?

Under which VISA category should i apply my US VISA? ( Dependent, Student or Work?)
