IT CAN BE TERMINATED IF EITHER PARTY IS NOT WILLING TO CONTINUE IT. U CAN WRITE TO ICAI, IF THERE IS A GENUINE NEED OF TAKING A TRANSFER. INDIA HAS BECOME INDEPENDENT MANY YEARS  AGO. can excess leave can be utilised for calculation of 9 months for taking industrial training?

my last date of starting (ie. 9 months started from 12-11-2009).........i have18 extra leaves upto that date.......on 22-12-2009 i want to take termination from 20-11-2009..........is it possible.

can i join for industrial training?????????
