i have taken transfer in october, and have not send form 109 to the institute till yet and have also not joined any new firm... now if i send my form 109 to the institute will it be accepted.
do i have to pay any fine.

No worry man, But its better to send the terminated form and Re-Joining of Articles Form as early as Possile. The same had happened to me for which i just took more than 100 days for the Submission. But u should be ready in case if u get a Letter from ICAI in this regard with a valid Reason.

There is no fine attracted. ICAI may send a letter for the extension of your articleship for those vacant period (i.e from date of termination to the date of joining of new firm).

I am facing the same problem....can I take back dated transfer of 2 months around??? Pls help...I need to know if it is allowed...?

If your current principal is giving no objection then it is fine. But there are some issues..
1) Franking date
2) If u submit the form after 30 days then fine is applicable. You can find the prescribed fine on the instructions page of form 103.
