I wanted to ask that whether i can take transfer from my articleship or not.
My first year of articleship will complete on 23.08.2014 and I want to take transfer on 18.08.2014.
Is it possible to submit Form 109 after 23.08.2014

Hello Sakshi, as per my understanding of the Chartered Accountant Regulations, 1988 an article has to submit the consent of Principle with the specified form within 30 days of joining at second firm.
But any mistake regardug such formalities may lead to you in probs. Hence I would suggest to cross check my data with either from ICAI directly or ur principle,before assuring it.
Is it possible if I take transfer on 18.08.2014 and then join in the second firm before 18.09.2014
By "taking Trasfer" do you mean to complete paper formalities ?? Nonetheless formalities may take place after joining second firm but second firm should be joined before or parallel with paper formalities.
I mean paper formalities only. Like submission of forms and all

hmm paper formality mebe done after joining second firm, but as u asked, second firm can't be joined with a gap !
