Actually due to some reason for some time(half year) i wont be able to go for my articleship, and that i told to my CA but he is not allowing me leave/extention because seat will remain blocked for that period but yes he said if i can take transfer than he has no problem...so i want to ask can i take tranfer in 2nd year on the basis of mutual consent between CA & Article ??

I don't think so, u can only take transfer after first year only due to specific reasons like death of principal, u are leaving the city, ur principal left the firm etc.
So, it's better to consult Icai though I don't think there is any such provision.

yeah i too think so...but will talk to icai once got free...until than will wait for some more replys.
