I have completed exactly 3 months of articleship in my previous CA firm on 19th Dec 2013. Now I want to take a transfer into a new CA firm. My earlier principal has consented for the same. What is the process for taking the transfer?? What forms need to be signed?? Is a new Articleship Deed required to be signed? Within how many days are the transfer documents required to be submitted in ICAI?

Dear friend,
As you are serving your first year of articleship ,no permission is required from ICAI.
Following steps you have to take for transfer:
- Submit form 109 within 30 days Otherwise pay fees & submit required documents as per chapter 25 of Icai .
- Re-register with new principal.
Do I need to fill up and submit form 102 and 103 again as well along with form 109? Also I have not yet received my Articleship ID....
