Hi, CA CLUB,
From Aug'13 I am discontinueing (for transfer purpose), my present employer after completing 10 months of articleship.
After this, for Sept TO Nov'13 I will be at home for study of Nov'13 attempt , thereafter only i.e. from Dec, I will be joining another employer for rest of articleship period...
Please guide me, if you found any violation of any rules under ICAI. Also any suggestion , kindly share..

No you can not take transfer, only you take transfer if your father is doing job where u are present doing articleship and your father's transfer in which city u can also take which place's transfer. |

But your condition is applicable only when, after completing 1st year under one employer & if one want to take transfer.....???????
