I have registered under direct entry scheme & started articleship from nov'12, & this year from Aug'13 , i am taking leave for IPCC- NOV'13 Attempt, In this situation ,can someone tell me ....
1) Is there any violations of rule framed by ICAI..???
2) What procedure should I follow, relating to transfer???

1. No, There is no voilation of rules framed by icai, if u taking leave with the permission of your CA......
2. Up to the November 13.... u are eligible for transfer by filling Form-109, kindly singned the form by your CA nd submit to institute............. After Nov 13, You required ICAI permission for transfer
