As per institute rule, we can have a transfer during the first year of articleship,
if boss is not ready to sign transfer form then how can we take transfre? or what actions requires for that?

give proper reason for taking transter which is viable or you may contact to higher authority of icai
max,we cannot do any thing if boss doesnt agree,
convince ur level best to get ur principal consent
