It has been 5 months since I started with articleship. Only after joining I came to know that my Principal has around 35 court cases going on one of them being a criminal case. Also, the High Court has ordered to seal the office of my firm.
I badly need to take transfer from this firm. But ICAI says transfer cannot be taken during the first 6 months of articleship. Does it apply to my case too? Please help!
Also, my Principal broke open the sealed office and wants us to continue working. (which is illegal)
Experts!! Please advise!!
