Articleship transfer

 I think you can do back dated registration, there is some penelty for that , you will find this exact detail on registration form 102 it self.

I thought you will not be able apply for Re-registration with the new auditor with back dated i.e. from august 2011 but where institute allowed you to apply for Re-register with the new auditor by paying late fees in the January month only.

Only one month back registration is permissible not after that you can register only 30 days backdate from the current date.

well yes u can do that. but with penalty and proof 

institue wil ask for ur bank details or ur current principal's bank details to confirm the timely payment of stipend for the delayed period.

if u can work that out.. go ahead

penalty is not  a big deal but proving ur point is for sure..

You can surely get the transfer with back date by paying the penalty. But you must make sure that your new principal is ready to confirm your/his bank details. Institute may also ask for your attendence and working register so be ready for that too. Further a query may be asked by the institute regarding delay in submission , in that case you must give a fair reason and that should also be attested by the principal. So, if your boss is ready to co-operate you must go on.

Institute ask questions from students only not from members.

My articaleship commenced on 21st Feb 2011, but till date i.e. 11-05-2012 excluding leaves i have not completed 1 year of serving of articaleship

is it compalsory to get permision from ICAI???
