i will be completing one year of articleship on 15th oct. 2011. i want to know whether i can take transfer from the firm
where i am presently engaged in...??
Also what is the procedure for taking transfer??? where do i have to submit the form and within how many days????
please advice me....
If you are not satisifed with your present principal, then you still have the liberty to take transfer as you are in your 1st year of articleship. However, your Principal should agree to sign your transfer form. In my view, it should be sent to head office. Better to submit before completing one year.
