I started my articleship on 28th mar 2011 in small city where CA does not give me any work. I want to take transfer, But i do not receive my article registration lettter till today.Plz tell can i take transfer/termination and the procedure of transfer /termination. Is joining articleship in big cities like Delhi better or not , even in small firm??

in the first year you can take transffer without any restriction. you will have to firstly send the application to ICAI. after approval you will have to fill form for transffer
Reply of the institute e-shatya portal "Regarding transfer/termination of guidelines within first year of your articleship you can directly apply for termination alongwith Form 109."
Which form is applicable for transfer.. and how much time i have to wait form re-registration??
and after which period i will applied for tranfer or termination???
And plz suggets me the firms in delhi for articleship, where i get good exposure in audit and tax...
