I have joined articalship on 10th august 2010 after passing group 1 of IPCC. Now i want to take transfer. As per my knowledge there is rule of transfer within 1 year. Please suggest me regarding such rule of transfer.

you can take transfer in 1st year of articleship
firstly you should write simple application to institute regarding transffer before filling form 109
